Frequently Asked
Questions

Everything you need to know about our medical tourism coordination services, medications, and logistics.

General Info

Are you a pharmacy?

No — IVF Fellow is not a pharmacy. We are an independent prescription procurement agent specializing in medical tourism.

Think of us as your personal medication coordinator — we sit between you, your treating clinic abroad, and the licensed pharmacies in our network.

  • We do not dispense medications directly
  • We do not store or warehouse pharmaceutical products
  • We do not replace your doctor or pharmacist
  • We do manage the entire sourcing, verification, and logistics process on your behalf

All medications are dispensed exclusively by fully licensed, regulated pharmacies within our certified partner network.

Do you serve USA & Canada?

Yes! IVF Fellow provides specialized international coordination services for patients residing in or traveling to the USA and Canada, ensuring the same high standards of procurement and logistics excellence for all required protocols.

Who is it for?

For patients undergoing IVF or other fertility treatments abroad who need safe, legal, and timely access to their required medications.

Medications & Prescriptions

Do I need a doctor’s prescription?

Yes, all fertility medications are prescription-only. IVF Fellow works directly with your treating physician to ensure your prescription is complete and valid.

Where do the medications come from?

All medications supplied through IVF Fellow are sourced exclusively from certified European pharmacies — fully licensed and regulated under EU pharmaceutical law.

This means every product you receive:

  • Carries a valid EU marketing authorization
  • Is subject to EMA (European Medicines Agency) regulatory standards
  • Comes with full traceability from manufacturer to your door
  • Is dispensed by a qualified, licensed pharmacist
  • Meets GDP (Good Distribution Practice) guidelines for storage and transport

We will never source medications from outside the EU certified supply chain. Your safety is non-negotiable.

Shipping & Logistics

How are medications shipped?

Where required, medications are shipped under strict cold chain logistics conditions, using certified carriers to maintain biological integrity.

How long does delivery take?

Typically, 24–72 hours within Europe and globally, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

Pricing & Security

How do I pay for my order?

All payments are processed exclusively through a secure, certified payment link sent directly to your email or mobile. We never store your card details.

Is my personal data protected?

We operate in full compliance with GDPR. Your medical data is handled with absolute discretion and is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Is there someone I can contact?

Yes — absolutely. A real person is always available to you. We offer direct personal contact — not just a chatbot or a ticket system.
