By submitting an inquiry through the IVF FELLOW platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
01 Nature of Service – Agency Role
IVF FELLOW is a Bulgarian company that operates exclusively as an agent and facilitator. It does not act as a seller, manufacturer, or direct supplier of any pharmaceutical products or medical items.
By submitting this inquiry, you acknowledge and agree that:

IVF FELLOW acts solely as a collection agent and intermediary on behalf of the dispensing pharmacy partner.

All products are sourced and dispensed by IVF FELLOW's partner pharmacy, which bears responsibility for the dispensing and fulfilment of orders.

IVF FELLOW does not hold, store, or directly ship pharmaceutical products.
02 Special Order Policy
2.1 Definition
A 'Special Order' refers to any request for a product that is not part of IVF FELLOW's standard inventory offering — including customized, compounded, or made-to-order pharmaceutical items tailored to a patient's specific clinical requirements.
2.2 Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of placing a Special Order. No order will be processed or confirmed until payment has been received in full. Partial payments are not accepted for Special Orders.
2.3 Non-Refundable Items
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of Special Orders, all such orders are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once an order has been confirmed, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
2.4 Delivery Timeframes
Special Orders may require extended processing and delivery times compared to standard orders. Estimated delivery timeframes will be communicated upon order confirmation. IVF FELLOW is not liable for delays caused by external suppliers, customs, or logistics partners.
2.5 Order Confirmation Process
Upon submission of a Special Order, IVF FELLOW will send a written confirmation detailing:
- Product Customization
- Price & Payment Status
- Est. Delivery Date
- Restrictions/Conditions
2.6 No Cancellations
Cancellations are not permitted once a Special Order has been submitted and confirmed. By placing a Special Order, the customer irrevocably commits to the purchase.
2.7 Inventory & Pricing
Special Orders may carry unique pricing that reflects the bespoke nature, rarity, or sourcing complexity of the requested item. IVF FELLOW reserves the right to decline a Special Order if the item cannot be sourced within specs.
03 Pre-Reservation Order Policy
IVF FELLOW offers a pre-reservation mechanism for certain high-demand or limited-availability products. The following terms apply:

Pre-reservations secure your order priority and are subject to product availability.

A pre-reservation does not guarantee final pricing; the confirmed price will be communicated prior to final processing.

Pre-reservation payments, where applicable, are binding and non-refundable.
04 Pricing Policy
Our prices are determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to:

The quality and source of materials

Labour, compounding, or preparation costs

Shipping, logistics, and customs charges
IVF FELLOW strives to maintain full transparency in its pricing. All applicable costs will be clearly communicated prior to order confirmation.
05 Payment Processing
All payments are processed by IVF FELLOW, acting as a collection agent on behalf of the dispensing partner pharmacy. By submitting this inquiry and proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your payment is made to IVF FELLOW in its capacity as agent, not as the principal seller.

Payment receipts issued by IVF FELLOW serve as confirmation of your payment to the agent only.
06 Prescription Management & Authorization
By submitting this inquiry and proceeding with an order that involves prescription medication, you expressly authorize IVF FELLOW to:

Receive and manage your medical prescription on your behalf.

Share your prescription with the partner dispensing pharmacy solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You confirm that any prescription submitted is valid, current, and issued by a licensed medical professional. Submission of false, expired, or fraudulent prescriptions is strictly prohibited.
07 Contact & Communication Consent
By submitting this inquiry form, you consent to being contacted by IVF FELLOW via Email for order updates and Telephone for order clarification or urgent matters.
You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time. Transactional communications related to active orders cannot be opted out of while an order is in progress.
08 Data Protection & GDPR
IVF FELLOW is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Bulgarian legislation.

Your personal data will be collected for the sole purpose of fulfilling your inquiry.

Your data will be shared with partner pharmacies only to the extent necessary to process your prescription.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.
09 Acceptance of Terms
By submitting this inquiry form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, you have read and fully understood these Terms, and you agree to be legally bound by them.
10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts.
